Welcome to my new web-site! Brian's interest in photography started in his early teens as he began exploring his world through the viewfinder of a manual SLR camera. Over the years, he has developed his skill and artistic expression in photography through part-time courses, workshops and self-study.
Brian is passionate about capturing the essence of the earth's beauty through a focus on landscape, nature and travel photography. Over the last several years, he has developed several fine-art landscape series featuring photographs taken in Vancouver, Tofino and other areas around British Columbia, Canada and Oregon. In 2006, Brian was award first place in the Canadian Geographic Photo Contest, Shorelines Category. The winning photo is part of his Coastlines of the Pacific Northwest fine-art series.
Brian is currently a part-time photographer based in Vancouver, Canada.
